EPC improved from E to C and ESG offer expanded beyond recognition.

Headline rents improved c. 50% from £18.00psf to £26.25 psf CAT A and £33.00psf CAT B.

Multiple re-gears and new lettings achieved post works, benefitting from the re-based ERV’s.
