Greg has 15 years’ client-side value-add asset management experience across various private equity platforms, managing cross-sector direct equity portfolios, ranging from £200m to £500m, in the UK and Europe.

Greg has embarked on a career change to launch hollen+, focusing on reducing the environmental impact of real estate whilst maximising returns.

Combining a passion for sustainability with strong experience in value-add asset management, Greg is focused on driving value through finding and recommending the most commercially attractive solutions to upgrade buildings to EPC B (or higher), deliver ESG improvements, and formulate viable solutions for the transition to net zero.

Greg likes to get under the skin of any building before making recommendations on how to improve it. This allows for considered, tailored advice once the asset is fully understood, with the specific aim of trying to deliver an exciting USP for any given building. This has yielded excellent recent results.
